Shipping Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after the order has been successfully placed.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

• Europe: 10–20 business days

• Other International Destinations: 15–30 business days

These delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery date, as shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control.

Exceptional Delays

Under certain exceptional circumstances, orders may experience significant delays and, in extreme cases, delivery may take up to 6 months.

Such delays may be caused by customs procedures, border inspections, logistical issues, international shipping disruptions, severe weather conditions, public holidays, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the possibility of such exceptional delays.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may take some time to become active or update, and international shipments may occasionally experience periods without tracking updates while in transit.
